Very nice example of the use of chatbots at Alder Hey Childrens NHS hospital. The chatbot helps children in the whole patient journey before, during and after hospitalization.


The system is based on the chatbot of IBM and trained based on 1000's of questions. Future development are speech to text and text to speech integration and adding knowledge domains.
